1. The lantern sleeve – the most recent sleeve to hit the runway is the lantern sleeve. It is a full and bunched up sleeve attached to a garment with dropped shoulders.

2. Bell Sleeve - A soft, full sleeve that is gathered at the shoulder and open cuff is called a bell sleeve.

3. Balloon sleeve - A full sleeve, most often 3/4-length, and has a banded bottom.
